Our History
Mirador Research Associates (MRA) began operations in 1976 and has grown to be a leader in the Dallas Metroplex real estate. We are in our fourth decade of providing quality property management service to the Dallas Metroplex Community.
The strength of our organization is our people and the commitment they make to professionally manage and operate each property as if it were their own personal investment. Our company's stability and proven success are attributed to a unique business philosophy that encourages individual creativity, professional development, and aggressive pursuit of new solutions to today's management challenges. Experience
We have managed a wide variety of properties since our beginning in 1976. The first properties under our management were residential investment properties primarily consisting of houses, duplexes, and small apartment buildings. To this day we have a large portfolio of "small properties" in the Dallas Metroplex area. We have internal operating systems that are designed to effectively and efficiently manage houses, duplexes and small apartment buildings.
In the mid 1980's we managed major apartment buildings for local, regional, and national syndicators. We are experienced in hiring, training, and supervising on-site management and maintenance personnel. We are capable managing properties where on-site property accounting is appropriate.
In the 1990's our business has been a healthy mix of small properties, and multifamily buildings. We have been able to use our experience with a wide variety of property types to the benefit of our property owners. If property management impairs your property's performance, we have real solutions.

MRA Property Management now employs two Managers plus their support staff, and a group of in-house maintenance personnel that are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MRA also maintains extensive contacts with all types of contractors and, because of its high volume of business, is able to pass along substantial savings to its clientele.
